We also use time tested materials and fine craftsmanship to provide the quality details you expect in your home. In 2008 we became an Energy Star Partner.  Homes built to Energy Star standards are certified by a third party energy-rating firm to be at least 15% more efficient than the state building code standard. In addition to the Energy Star homes we also became certified as a Green Builder by the National  Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  In 2009 we completed our first LEED certified home, "Greenspiration"
