Don Cohan, owner of Signature Homes by D. Cohan, is a native of Greensboro, NC. He began his dream of building speculative and custom homes in Guilford County in 1986. Don’s wife, Megan, joined him in 2001.  Don’s focus is ensuring that your home or renovation is completed on schedule and to his exacting quality standards. He selects the best subcontractors and visits the job site each day to ensure the attention to detail that he demands. Megan is available to help homeowners in selecting each quality element of your home. They realize that your home is a personal and unique reflection of your desires and lifestyles. Together, they will strive to understand your needs and tastes and include you in every aspect of planning and decision making.
